Can you install my lights?

We’ve learned from experience that installing customer-supplied lights can be tricky, so we no longer offer that service. However, if you choose Huskey Turf, we fully guarantee our lights and will fix any burned-out bulbs or strands. Unfortunately, we can't extend the same warranty to lights we didn't supply.


My house is x sq ft. How much will it cost to install my lights?

Great question! The square footage of your home doesn’t give us the exact measurements we need. Instead, we measure your gutters, ridges, and peaks in linear feet to give you an accurate estimate.


What happens if my lights aren't working or I have a light burned out?No worries! We promise to be there within 24 hours if you have a burned-out bulb or any issues with your lights. Just make sure to call our office to let us know, and we'll take care of everything! After all, we're good, but we're not Santa—we need a bit more than holiday spirit to know which lights are out!


Do I get to select the light colors?

Absolutely! After you approve your estimate, you can choose from a selection of beautiful light colors we offer.


Can I keep the Christmas lights at the end of the year?

We handle everything for you! From installation to takedown and storage, we’ve got you covered throughout the year. So, you won’t keep the lights, but you can enjoy a worry-free holiday season!


Can you install icicle lights?

We don't install icicle lights because they don’t meet our high standards for durability in outdoor conditions. We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied, and icicle lights just don’t hold up as well.


When should I schedule my Christmas light install?

The earlier, the better! We start installations in mid-October, so scheduling as early as September ensures there's plenty of time to get you on our list and ready for the holiday season.


How much will it cost to install lights on my house?

The cost varies based on several factors, such as the length of your gutters, ridges, and peaks. We can provide multiple estimates to give you a clear breakdown, whether you want just the gutters done or everything lit up beautifully.


Can I change my light colors after the 1st year?

Yes, you can! There is an extra charge for changing light colors since we need to order new lights, remove the old ones, and install the new ones.


Can I start with the gutters my 1st season and then add to my lights next year?

Absolutely! Many of our clients start with the gutters their first year and add more lights to their ridges and peaks the following year.



I don’t want my lights on before Thanksgiving. Can you come after that to install my lights?

We can certainly schedule your installation after Thanksgiving, but we recommend getting them installed earlier. Bad weather and last-minute installations can cause delays. You can always wait to turn on the lights until after Thanksgiving or your preferred date.
